Job summary

WavesReach in Dubai is seeking a Social Media Operations Specialist to drive brand growth across global platforms and strengthen community engagement in the Middle East and international markets.

You will manage accounts on X, Instagram, TikTok; create content; monitor KPIs; and support marketing campaigns with a strong understanding of crypto/Web3 culture. On-site DIFC-based role with opportunities to shape strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluent English writing and communication
• Experience in social media operations, digital marketing, or community management
• Crypto/Web3 familiarity or willingness to learn quickly
• Ability to create original content (text/image/video)
• Understanding of SEO or forum-based growth methods
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Operate and manage company accounts on X, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
• Community Engagement & User Support: Interact with users across X, Discord and Telegram.
• SEO & Content Distribution: Publish content on Reddit, Quora, Medium and forums; improve visibility.
• Content Creativity & Trend Tracking: Track crypto/Web3 trends; produce engaging content.
• Data Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs; provide internal reports for strategy optimization.
