Role Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that strengthen Waves’ brand presence and generate qualified leads within the luxury real estate and investment sector. Key responsibilities include managing social media platforms, developing and coordinating engaging digital content, executing paid advertising campaigns, monitoring online engagement, and supporting digital promotions for properties and investment opportunities. The role will also involve analyzing website, social media, and campaign performance, preparing regular reports, and providing actionable recommendations to improve traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the brokerage, investment, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, strong brand positioning, and effective client acquisition.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with hands‑on experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns. Strong experience managing Social Media Marketing, including content creation, scheduling, community management, and audience growth. Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and paid digital campaigns. Proficiency in Web Analytics and digital reporting tools to monitor performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, CRM platforms, and digital lead‑generation strategies. Excellent written and verbal English and Arabic communication skills. Experience in UAE real estate, luxury brands, investment, or financial services marketing is highly advantageous. Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with a good understanding of current social media trends. Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and email marketing tools. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Strong analytical, organizational, and project‑management skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Dubai, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and perform effectively in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment. A creative, proactive, and commercially minded approach with the ability to take ownership of digital marketing initiatives.
