Job summary

STARTRADER in Dubai is seeking an SEO & GEO Manager to own organic and AI-answer visibility across markets and languages. You will run multilingual technical SEO, content and authority strategy end-to-end, and build presence inside AI answer engines as a measurable acquisition channel.

You will lead regional SEO specialists and agencies without a direct reporting line, using AI as production capacity while ensuring compliance in a regulated, YMYL environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO, including multilingual work and agency leadership.
• Hands-on with GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Fluent English and ideally based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Organic growth in every market across multilingual keyword and content strategies.
• Technical SEO at multilingual scale: hreflang, rendering, Core Web Vitals, structured data.
• Own AI-answer visibility and integration with AI crawlers and prompts.
