Job summary

STARTRADER is seeking an SEO & GEO Manager to own organic visibility across markets and languages, directing multilingual SEO, content and AI-driven strategies. You will coordinate regional specialists and external partners while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory guidelines in a YMYL context.

You will build and govern an end-to-end SEO program, including AI-enabled workflows, semantic depth, and robust measurement across GA4, Search Console and PR collaborations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO with multi-market or multilingual experience.
• Deep technical SEO knowledge: indexation, hreflang, rendering, Core Web Vitals.
• Hands-on with GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager and Ahrefs or Semrush; pull your own data.
• Experience building AI-driven workflows for production in a regulated environment.
• Comfortable owning regional agency relationships and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Organic growth across all markets with multilingual footprint.
• Technical SEO at multilingual scale: architecture, hreflang, cores, and AI crawler controls.
• Content localisation and authority: QA, standards, and semantic depth.
• AI answers as an acquisition channel with measurable attribution.
• Measurement: GA4, Search Console, and Looker Studio reporting.
• Lead regional SEO specialists and manage agency partnerships.
