First Abu Dhabi Bank seeks a Settlement Specialist to monitor and process settlements across domestic, regional, and international markets for equities, funds, and fixed income. You will handle complex settlements, validate instructions, and liaise with clients, sub-custodians, and brokers to ensure timely, accurate processing.

Qualifications

• University graduate / bachelor’s degree (or 5 years related work experience).
• 5+ years related experience in security services and / or back-office operations e.g. managing securities settlements/ corporate actions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process settlement activities across domestic, regional and international markets.
• Validate and match settlement instructions to ensure timely and accurate settlements.
• Communicate with clients, sub-custodians, markets and brokers to resolve settlement queries.
• Assist in project work related to system upgrades, new client requirements and operational controls.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements and monitor KPIs / KRIs.
