First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Settlement Specialist to monitor and process settlements across domestic, regional, and international markets for a wide range of products. You will handle complex settlement instructions, ensure timely matching, and support clients and sub-custodians to maintain high service quality.

The role requires a university degree with 5+ years in security services or back-office operations, plus strong communication and risk-management

Qualifications

• University Graduate or equivalent; 5+ years in security services/back-office operations.
• Solid understanding of security services and related accounting activities.

Responsabilités

• Follow settlement procedures for Domestic, Regional and International markets.
• Coordinate with clients, sub-custodians, markets and regulators to ensure accurate settlement.
• Review and validate settlement instructions and ensure timely matching across markets.
• Provide first-level training and support to specialists.
• Assist in system upgrades, project requirements and process improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with risk controls and procedures.
