Job summary

Client of AW Connect is seeking an organised, detail-oriented logistics professional to manage end-to-end order-to-invoice processes and oversee international inbound and outbound shipments. The role requires coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on logistics experience in an international environment, strong communication skills in English and French, and proficiency with ERP

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration, logistics coordination, import/export operations or supply chain management.
• Hands-on experience managing international shipments, freight forwarders and customs documentation.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Excel and logistics tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage order-to-invoice process across sales, purchasing, logistics and finance.
• Coordinate international inbound shipments by sea, air and road; monitor customs docs.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with warehouses and transport providers and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain ERP/CRM records and generate operational reports to drive improvements.
