Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join a multinational company in Dubai. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating shipments, and supporting payment collection activities.

You will liaise with customers, suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments to ensure accurate documentation, timely deliveries, and smooth order fulfillment across the Middle East, India, and Africa.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of payment terms and delivery terms.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general PC operations.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with customers, suppliers, internal teams, and the factory.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, responsible, and professional in handling daily tasks.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, professional responses.
• Prepare and issue spare parts quotations accurately and efficiently.
• Process customer orders and perform order entry into the system.
• Coordinate with the factory regarding quotations, orders, and operational matters.
• Prepare export documentation and arrange shipments.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Support payment collection and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales transactions.
• Liaise effectively with customers, vendors, logistics providers, and internal departments.
• Support aftermarket service activities for customers in the Middle East, India, and Africa.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.
