Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Dubai to plan, coordinate, and monitor shipments, LC processes, and related documentation. The role involves liaising with sales, factories, banks, and customers to ensure timely and compliant exports.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years’ Export LC experience, a related degree, and strong MS Office and communication skills. Knowledge of the tyre or automotive sector is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in Export Letter of Credits and logistics coordination
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and database software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales, factories and banks to manage Export LC processes
• Monitor shipping schedules and prepare shipping instructions and documents
• Ensure compliance with Export LC, UCP600 terms and company policies
• Update records, prepare shipment advisories, and liaise with banks and customers
