Job summary

Jobgether on behalf of a partner company seeks a Product Compliance Counsel based in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on regulatory compliance for digital products, marketing practices, and AI governance across EU and US markets, working with Product, Marketing, and other teams.

You will monitor regulatory developments, advise on consumer protection and sanctions, and contribute to internal policies and training in a global, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Law or an equivalent legal qualification.
• Knowledge of consumer protection legislation in the EU and US with ability to assess implications for digital products.
• Understanding of marketing and advertising compliance in EU/US including promotional claims.
• Familiarity with European/US digital legislation and AI governance.
• Knowledge of platform guidelines (Apple App Store/Google Play).
• Strong written and verbal English and Russian skills (B2+).
• Ability to translate complex legal requirements into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve product specifications for websites and mobile apps to ensure compliance.
• Advise Marketing on consumer protection, advertising standards, and risks.
• Monitor legislative/regulatory developments in the EU and US; communicate updates.
• Track sanctions developments and maintain internal sanctions policies.
• Develop and deliver compliance training and guidance materials.
• Review AI-enabled products for regulatory compliance and governance.
