Kayali is seeking a Global Director of Regulatory to lead regulatory strategy across our fragrance and beauty portfolio in international markets. This senior role ensures products are compliant, safe, and launch-ready worldwide while enabling growth.

You will partner with Product Development, Legal, Compliance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and regional teams to build frameworks, manage risk, and drive regulatory excellence across all life-cycle stages.

Qualifikationen

• 10–15+ years of progressive regulatory experience in fragrance, cosmetics, or related consumer goods.
• Significant experience leading regulatory strategy across multiple international markets.
• Deep knowledge of fragrance and cosmetic regulatory requirements, product registrations and labeling.

Aufgaben

• Define and lead global regulatory strategy across the brand's portfolio.
• Oversee regulatory compliance in all markets where Kayali operates or plans to launch.
• Act as senior regulatory advisor to leadership on risks, opportunities and business impact.
• Build scalable regulatory frameworks, policies, and governance across products and packaging.
• Lead readiness for new product launches, reformulations, and market entries.
