Job summary

Aljomaih Energy and Water Company in Dubai seeks a senior financial analyst to lead modeling for power, desalination and renewable projects worldwide, supporting project finance and M&A deals. You will build and audit complex financial models, perform due diligence, liaise with credit, legal and management, and help structure debt, equity and tax aspects while optimizing tax structures.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in finance, economics or quantitative field.
• 7+ years in energy, water or renewables finance/transactions.
• Experience with IPP/utility/renewable developer or investment bank (MENA preferred).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and audit financial models for international power, desalination and renewables projects.
• Perform due diligence, risk analysis and financing structuring (debt/equity/guarantees).
• Coordinate with credit, legal, and management through internal approvals and boards.
• Ensure legal documentation is in place and financial close is timely.
• Model Power Purchase Agreements and support project financing and M&A with investors/lenders.
• Collaborate with Development, EPC, Interconnection and other teams.
