Job summary

Alcazar Energy Partners in Dubai is seeking an Associate, Investments to support transaction leaders in identifying, analysing and monitoring renewable energy investments. You will perform financial modelling, analyse financial statements and market data, and assist due diligence, data collection and client inquiries.

The role also involves preparing high-quality investor presentations and collaborating with VP/SVPs, project finance and cross-functional teams to advance deal flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Economics.
• 3-4 years’ experience post-qualification in relevant field.
• Experience in Investment Management, Private Equity or Power & Infrastructure is desirable.
• Strong understanding of Renewable Energy market and drivers.
• Advanced financial modelling proficiency.
• Understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proactive with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Financial modelling and projections for investment decisions; mentor analysts on modelling.
• Analyse company financial statements, sector data, and market events affecting renewables.
• Support VP/SVPs and Project Finance; assist due diligence and data collection.
• Develop high-quality PowerPoint slides and reports for fund-raising and investor presentations.
