Qualifications

• Experience in payroll management across multiple markets or entities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll across multiple markets and entities.
• Process and validate salaries, allowances, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Coordinate attendance, leaves, and changes affecting payroll inputs.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and finalize payroll outputs.
• Coordinate benefits, expenses, and employer contributions.
• Maintain payroll records and respond to employee payroll inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
