Job summary

EDMP Group is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead day-to-day operations and support growth across international markets from JAFZA, Dubai. The COO will work with the CEO and executive team to translate strategy into actionable plans, oversee Manufacturing, Engineering, Projects, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales Operations, HR, Finance and Administration.

We require a senior leader with 15+ years in technology, engineering, manufacturing, energy or utilities, proven ability

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
Master’s degree (MBA) or equivalent postgraduate qualification is highly desirable.
Professional certifications in Operations Management, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma or related disciplines are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of the organisation and ensure effective execution of business priorities.
Translate corporate strategy into clear operational plans, objectives, responsibilities and measurable outcomes.
Oversee and align Manufacturing, Engineering, Projects, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales Operations, HR, Finance and Administration.
Establish and monitor operational KPIs, management reporting, performance standards and accountability frameworks.
Ensure production schedules, projects, customer commitments and operational milestones are delivered on time and to the required standards.
Drive continuous improvement across operational processes, productivity, efficiency and organisational effectiveness.
