Damen Shipyards Group is seeking a proactive OneStream Operations Specialist to manage the consolidation, reporting and planning platform across the Group Control function. You will ensure stability, data integrity and continuous improvement while working with Finance, IT and Data & Analytics teams to enable data-driven decision making on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or similar.
• Experience with OneStream in a finance context is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize the OneStream platform for consolidation, reporting and planning.
• Ensure platform stability, reliability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT and Data & Analytics teams globally.
• Provide user support and training; document solutions and best practices.
• Lead small improvements and automate repetitive tasks.
