Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Finance Controlling, FP&A, Financial Reporting, or Finance Transformation.
• Minimum 4 years hands-on OneStream experience.
• Experience working in multinational and multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely management reporting and performance analysis.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Lead enhancements, automation initiatives, and process optimization projects for OneStream.
