Damen Shipyards Group, Middle East is seeking a OneStream Operations Specialist to manage and optimize the OneStream platform, supporting financial consolidation, reporting, and planning across the organization.

You will act as first line of contact for users, handle incidents, manage data loads and closing processes, and collaborate with Finance and IT to implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in OneStream, including financial consolidation, reporting, and planning.
• Strong understanding of data integration and data modelling.
• Knowledge of consolidation rules and accounting principles (IFRS/Dutch GAAP).
• Analytical, structured, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Experience with change and release management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Hands‑on, pragmatic mindset with focus on accuracy and quality.
• Excellent communication skills across business and IT.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Monitor data loads, consolidations, and workflows; support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing processes.
• Support forecast and budgeting cycles; manage users, roles, and access rights.
• Perform small system changes (configuration, metadata updates); maintain cubes, dimensions, and mappings.
• Support releases, updates, and testing activities; identify and resolve performance issues.
• Monitor data quality and perform reconciliations; oversee integrations with source systems (e.g., ERP).
• Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies; ensure reliable and consistent financial reporting.
• Identify recurring issues and address root causes; automate manual steps; standardize templates and ways of working.
• Implement small improvements based on user feedback; support and train users.
• Coordinate with Finance and IT on issues; document solutions and working instructions.
• Share best practice across the organization.
