Confidentiel is seeking a seasoned Logistics Manager based in Dubai to coordinate end-to-end import logistics with a focus on ocean freight and customs clearance. You will manage shipments from suppliers to warehouses while ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations.

The role requires 7–10 years of relevant experience, strong negotiation and reporting skills, and proficiency in ERP/SAP and MS Excel. Automotive import experience is an advantage.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 7–10 years of logistics experience.
• Strong knowledge of ocean freight, customs clearance and import operations.
• Experience with automotive vehicle imports or parts is a plus.
• Proficiency with ERP/SAP systems and MS Excel preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate end-to-end import logistics, including ocean freight, customs clearance and delivery.
• Liaise with international suppliers, shipping lines, freight forwarders and brokers.
• Prepare shipping docs: Bills of Lading, Invoices, Packing Lists and origin certificates.
• Manage customs clearance procedures and import regulations.
• Monitor shipments, resolve delays and ensure on-time delivery to locations.
• Negotiate freight rates and service agreements to optimize costs.
• Maintain shipment tracking and KPIs; report to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Finance and Warehouse teams.
