Expereo in Dubai is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to oversee the delivery of services and manage activities to achieve business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a degree in telecommunications and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Degree in telecommunications preferred.
• Project Management Certification (PMI PMP or PRINCE2) or equivalent preferred.
• Previous involvement in network deployment projects preferred.
• Technical knowledge in telecom like WAN, LAN is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are a must.
• Knowledge of Arabic would be considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Understand contractual obligations to ensure delivery of services.
• Responsible for end-to-end service delivery of networking projects.
• Communicate effectively and build relationships.
• Meet project timelines ensuring on-time delivery.
• Define communication plans for all stakeholders.
• Manage proactive communication with customers during delivery.
• Prioritize orders during the RFC delivery phase.
• Manage delivery plans at the project level.
• Interface between internal resources and customers.
