Qualifications

• Freight forwarding training completed.
• Work experience in the freight forwarding industry.
• Proven track record in logistics operations and coordination.
• Experience in ocean freight (break bulk an advantage).
• Familiar with Word and Excel.
• Good organizational and cross-cultural communication skills.
• English language proficiency, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Handle and manage general cargo and project shipments with operational and cost control aspects.
• Serve as contact for clients, partners and offices on project operations.
• Ship all cargo types, including out-of-gauge and heavy lift globally.
• Coordinate and negotiate with subcontractors to source rates.
• Calculate and monitor project profits.
• Support sales with offers and proposals and assist in daily administration.
• Support management with reporting in a global environment.
