Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE government relations and immigration.
Knowledge of UAE government portals and processes.
Responsibilities
Process immigration services including residency visas, labor cards and renewals.
Manage Emirates ID applications, renewals and related processes.
Handle visa cancellations, status changes and exit procedures.
Support business visa and visit visa processing.
Use and update government portals (MOHRE, ICA, GDRFA, etc.).
Assist in maintaining company licenses and registrations.
Track visa and document expiry and notify stakeholders.
Support document attestations and official submissions.
Coordinate employee appointments (medical biometrics, government visits).
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams on government-related activities.
Support processing of government payments.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations, Emiratization requirements and company policies.
Support management of establishment cards, labor files and respond to government inspections or inquiries.
