Job summary

A multinational company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all immigration and labor licensing services. The role requires strong interaction with various UAE authorities and demands a Bachelor's degree along with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, alongside good communication and organizational skills. The position does not provide relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE government relations and immigration.
• Knowledge of UAE government portals and processes.

Responsibilities

• Process immigration services including residency visas, labor cards and renewals.
• Manage Emirates ID applications, renewals and related processes.
• Handle visa cancellations, status changes and exit procedures.
• Support business visa and visit visa processing.
• Use and update government portals (MOHRE, ICA, GDRFA, etc.).
• Assist in maintaining company licenses and registrations.
• Track visa and document expiry and notify stakeholders.
• Support document attestations and official submissions.
• Coordinate employee appointments (medical biometrics, government visits).
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams on government-related activities.
• Support processing of government payments.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, Emiratization requirements and company policies.
• Support management of establishment cards, labor files and respond to government inspections or inquiries.
