Job summary

Nomod, Inc. is seeking a versatile Public Relations Officer (PRO) to lead government relations, licensing, and employee documentation in the UAE.

You will serve as the main liaison with UAE authorities, ensuring fast and precise processing of visas, residencies, and work permits via MOHRE, GDRFA, and other portals. The ideal candidate is trilingual (Arabic, English, Malayalam) and has deep knowledge of UAE labor laws, regulatory requirements, and corporate compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a PRO in Dubai/UAE with deep understanding of local laws.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Trilingual proficiency in Arabic, English and Malayalam.
• Technical mastery of UAE government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, Smart Services).
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle for visits to government offices.
• Strong problem-solving and independent documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Process employment visas, residencies, and work permits via UAE portals.
• Represent the company with government departments (Amer, Tasheel, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Courts).
• Coordinate employee logistics including medicals, Emirates ID, and visa stamping.
