Job summary

Fragomen, based in Dubai, is seeking a Talent Mobility Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract to manage end-to-end immigration and mobility for employees and their dependents across the Middle East.

You will coordinate visa applications, work permits, relocations, onboarding, renewals, and liaise with government authorities, external providers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliant, smooth employee experiences across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in HR, mobility and immigration.
• Strong knowledge of UAE immigration law and related regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Arabic language skills are strongly preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end immigration and mobility processes for employees and dependents.
• Act as trusted advisor on immigration documentation, timelines and compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding, renewals, offboarding and visa expiries.
• Liaise with government authorities, external providers and internal stakeholders.
• Support relocations and temporary assignments across the Middle East region.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition and Finance on mobility initiatives.
