GE Vernova is seeking a senior leader to steer a portfolio excellence team and regionally aligned sales managers across Europe, Middle East, and the U.S. You will drive growth, profitability, and contract discipline while aligning with global forecasts and strategic plans.

Ideal candidates will have a strong track record in power generation services, complex contracting, and leading large, diverse teams in a global environment. A strategic mindset and results-oriented leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited university or equivalent knowledge or experience.
• Proven experience leading large and diverse teams in a global environment.
• Significant experience in the power generation services industry with deep domain expertise in Services Sales/Commercial/Operations.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguous scenarios rallying multiple stakeholders with competing priorities to deliver desired outcomes.
• Strong business acumen and experience leading large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of portfolio excellence managers and regionally aligned MMP Parts & Repairs Sales Managers.
• Drive portfolio growth with Region ITR Leadership.
• Meet and exceed KPIs for Orders revenue and margin.
• Drive contract compliance margin expansion and 100% visibility to backlog & pipeline.
• Ensure robust MMP portfolio health with structured contract reviews & score cards.
• Drive a holistic system strategy to ensure accurate global forecasts & portfolio performance.
• Lead continuous improvement through Kaizens and standard work.
• Lead management reviews of Portfolio performance budgeting and long-range planning.
