Job summary

Moove is seeking an experienced Strategic Finance and FP&A Manager to drive forecasting, budgeting, long‑range planning and performance analysis. You will partner with Operations and Strategy to evaluate opportunities, influence pricing, and support expansion into new markets.

The role requires strong financial modeling, scenario planning and communication with senior leadership in a fast‑growth mobility tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
• 7–10 years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience.
• Industry experience in mobility or transportation tech preferred.
• Strong modeling, scenario planning and variance analysis skills.
• Ability to distill data into insights and communicate to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Execute annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long-range planning with business units.
• Develop and improve financial models for scenario planning and cash flow.
• Partner with Operations and Strategy to evaluate investments and scalability.
• Analyze KPIs, identify trends, variances and cost-revenue opportunities.
• Provide monthly/quarterly performance insights and leadership commentary.
• Support pricing strategy and capital deployment planning across service models.
• Assess financial impact of new markets, fleet investments and partnerships.
• Maintain data integrity across planning systems and tools.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, automation and integrations.
