Job summary

Chicago Bridge & Iron Company in Dubai is seeking a Logistics & Trade Compliance Specialist to maintain relationships with logistics providers and coordinate shipments to support project sites, fabrication shops, and warehouses, focusing on service, price, and terms. The role reports to the Senior Supply Chain Manager and collaborates with local Supply Chain, Project Managers, Accounting, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Onboarding requirements may include background check, drug screen, and MVR search as applicable by law.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a logistics discipline with regulatory compliance in international oil & gas.
• College degree or industry equivalent certifications.
• Experience with international customs and export control laws is highly preferred.
• EPC industry experience.

• Ensures compliance with import/export regulations, customs, sanctions, and trade laws.
• Develops and implements logistics strategies to support schedules and commitments.
• Manages export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, origin certificates, and shipping docs.
