Job summary

CB&I is seeking a Logistics & Trade Compliance Specialist to maintain commercial relationships with logistics providers and coordinate shipments for project sites, fabrication shops, and warehouses. Reported to the Senior Supply Chain Manager, this role focuses on compliant, cost-effective logistics across international boundaries.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in a logistics discipline with practice of regulatory compliance with import/export regulations related to international oil & gas industry.
• Experience working with international customs and export control laws highly preferred
• EPC Industry experience

Responsibilities

• Proactively embraces and promotes the company’s HSE requirements and culture
• Lead logistics activities including domestic and international transportation, freight coordination, warehousing, and material delivery execution
• Coordinate with business units to ensure compliance with local, regional and global trade compliance requirements
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to support project schedules, operational requirements, and customer commitments
• Manage export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documentation
