Job summary

GROUPE NOVELTY in Dubai is seeking a Logistics Manager to coordinate warehouse operations, equipment preparation, transportation, and site logistics for international projects. You will lead logistics teams and ensure seamless movement of equipment across GCC and between Europe and the Middle East, upholding customs, safety, and service standards.

You will manage freight flows regionally and internationally, liaise with internal departments, and drive continuous improvement in logistics

Qualifications

• Two-year or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation Management.
• At least five years in live events technical services or similar logistics roles.
• Strong knowledge of regional and international freight, customs and import/export procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site warehouse operations and equipment preparation.
• Coordinate vehicle movements, loading bays, and site deliveries.
• Manage third-party equipment rentals and on-site logistics activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Lead teams and liaise with internal departments to meet project timelines.
