• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Experience partnering with external content providers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-wide learning strategies.
• Lead development of leadership programs and succession planning.
• Oversee LMS deployment and learning technologies (e.g., Workday).
• Set budgets, manage vendors and internal learning community.
• Partner with regional leaders to tailor solutions.
