Job summary

Gulf Agency Company in Dubai seeks an Insurance Manager to oversee TT Club and ITIC group-wide policies, guiding claims handling and coverage across global operations. You will liaise with insurers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure compliant, cost-effective protection for freight forwarding, ship agency, and related services.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of insurance experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in risk assessment and policy administration.

Qualifications

• Degree in insurance or related field.
• 3-5 years of specialising in insurance matters, claims handling and administration.
• Strong knowledge of insurance principles, claims handling and administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely claims management advice to local operations and draft wording for client communications.
• Maintain relationships with insurers, brokers and global operations teams.
• Coordinate renewal negotiations and maintain expiry calendars for group policies.
• Provide risk mitigation guidance and ensure proper documentation of insurance coverage.
