Job summary

Ecolab, Inc. is seeking an HR & Payroll Operations Specialist to deliver end-to-end HR services for employees in the UAE, with flexibility to work from Bahrain or Dubai.

You will partner with HR teams, payroll providers, and vendors to ensure accurate payroll, benefits, and HR data processing across the employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include payroll administration, benefits management, HR data accuracy in systems like Workday, onboarding support, and regional HR projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, accounting, or related field.
• 5 years HR experience with payroll experience.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Customer service focus with strong communication and analytics.
• Ability to interact with all management levels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive problem-solving and independent work.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HR operations support across the employee lifecycle.
• Administer payroll processes and vendor relationships.
• Manage leave administration per policy and local requirements.
• Support benefits administration including medical insurance and pension.
• Coordinate medical insurance enrolments for employees and dependents.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Process HR transactions in Workday and other HR systems.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for decision making.
• Support pre-boarding, onboarding, and relocation logistics.
• Execute HR lifecycle activities including hires, transfers and exits.
• Support Talent Acquisition operations and recruitment administration.
