Job summary

Pierre Fabre Dubai is seeking a Human Resources Director MEART to lead regional HR operations reporting to the International HR Director. Based in Dubai, you will provide strategic HR guidance to regional and subsidiary management, shaping people policy and driving performance.

You will manage salary policy discussions, talent development, and change initiatives while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within the MEA region.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Human Resources (minimum Bac 5).
• Minimum 10 years experience in HR in multi country scope.
• HR Strategic vision and operational excellence.
• Experience in HR or operational management of commercial audiences is a plus.
• Experience in setting up/closing subsidiaries or new activities is a plus.
• Pharma / FMCG experience.
• Fluency in English essential (working language).
• Fluency in Arabic and French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides HR support and advice to Regional Management and Subsidiary General Management.
• Supports economic performance with the business to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Designs and monitors the company’s International HR policy with global alignment.
• Supports the transformation plan by implementing Change Management actions.
• Promotes new ways of working to improve efficiency.
• Develops local HR team growth and development.
• Leads subsidiary HR teams and shares best practices across the group.
• Participates in salary policy determination and compliance.
