Bitqcode Quantitative Capital is seeking an Investor Relations & Fundraising Manager to own global investor acquisition end-to-end. You will identify, engage, and convert HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, and institutional allocators across regions, building a genuine book of business.

This revenue-accountable role requires autonomy, handling cross-border conversations, and bringing in capital, not just generating leads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hedge funds or wealth management with sales/IR focus.
• Proven ability to independently acquire HNI/UHNI and institutional clients.
• Knowledge of long/short equity, derivatives, and macro strategies.
• Experience leading cross-border investor discussions and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Own global investor acquisition pipeline from outreach to subscription.
• Lead meetings, roadshows, and investor calls across regions.
• Produce investor materials and quarterly updates with clear narratives.
• Collaborate with portfolio and research teams to feed market intelligence.
