Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a senior fundraising professional to originate and close institutional equity and debt across private markets. You will lead end-to-end fundraising, target investors, and coordinate with deal teams and legal to structure offerings.

You will build relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and strategic capital providers, and drive successful capital closings across the firm’s investment banking and asset management divisions.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in institutional sales or capital raising within private markets.
• Proven track record of raising and closing institutional equity and debt transactions.
• Deep understanding of capital structuring and fundraising execution.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close institutional equity and debt raises across private market transactions.
• Lead end-to-end fundraising execution including investor targeting, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and financial close.
• Build and manage relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and strategic investors across the GCC, Europe, and other key markets.
• Originate new client and business opportunities requiring equity, debt, or structured capital solutions across the firm’s investment banking and asset management divisions.
• Source advisory and transaction mandates across corporates, developers, sponsors, and institutional counterparties.
• Structure investment offerings in coordination with internal investment and legal teams.
• Lead investor negotiations on commercial terms, pricing, allocation, and transaction documentation.
• Identify and activate new sources of capital aligned with the firm's investment strategies.
• Work closely with deal teams to support fundraising strategy, investor positioning, and transaction execution.
• Monitor market developments and investor sentiment to identify fundraising opportunities and optimize capital raising efforts.

This role sits at the core of our strategy, connecting institutional capital with structured investment opportunities across our platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating, fundraising, and closing equity and debt transactions across private markets.

This is a revenue-generating role with direct responsibility for fundraising outcomes and successful capital closings

We are looking for:

• 5-7 years of experience in institutional sales or capital raising within private equity, private credit or broader private markets platform
• Proven track record of successfully raising and closing institutional equity and debt transactions
• Strong experience in capital markets, private equity, private credit, or investment banking (real assets / infrastructure exposure preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to originate investor relationships and convert them into committed capital
• Established relationships with institutional investors, family offices, private credit funds, or other private market capital providers
• Deep understanding of capital structuring and fundraising execution
• Strong commercial judgment, communication, and negotiation skills
