Job summary

Mechon International is seeking dynamic Sales Engineers to drive growth in the heavy equipment and spare parts sector from our Dubai base. This role focuses on expanding export-oriented business with automotive background candidates.

You will identify opportunities, generate leads, prepare proposals, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries while aiming to hit monthly and yearly targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or relevant experience required.
• 2–3 years of sales or business development experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
