Job summary

ATOME PHARMA GROUP LLC-FZ is seeking an experienced Global HR Manager to oversee HR operations across UAE, India, and several African offices. You will drive consistent HR processes while ensuring local compliance and a people-first culture.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of international HR experience, fluency in English and French, and a track record of managing multi-country teams. This role requires travel and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Global HR Manager to manage and coordinate HR activities across our offices in the UAE India Senegal Cote d Ivoire Cameroon and Burkina Faso. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing consistent HR processes across all locations while ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations. The role requires strong experience in international HR management employee relations recruitment performance management and HR administration. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and French and comfortable working with multicultural teams across different countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations across UAE India and African offices
• Develop and implement global HR policies procedures and processes
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and employment regulations in each country
• Manage recruitment onboarding probation confirmation transfers and employee exits
• Coordinate employment contracts HR documentation employee records and personnel files
• Manage and monitor employee performance appraisal and KPI processes
• Support managers in performance management disciplinary matters and employee relations
• Develop employee engagement retention and development initiatives
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs
• Maintain the global organizational structure job descriptions and reporting lines
• Manage annual leave attendance employee benefits and other HR-related matters
• Work closely with Finance on payroll compensation benefits and employee cost planning
• Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards for senior management
• Support workforce planning and succession planning
• Ensure consistent application of company policies across all offices while considering local requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
• Support management in building a strong performance-driven and multicultural organization

Recruitment Talent Management

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for regional and global positions
• Develop job descriptions and candidate profiles with hiring managers
• Coordinate interviews assessments offers and onboarding
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions
• Support succession planning for critical roles
• Develop retention strategies for key employees

Requirements

• 7 10 years of HR experience preferably with international or multi-country organizations
• Proven experience managing HR across multiple countries
• Experience in UAE and or African markets is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR policies employment practices and employee relations
• Experience in recruitment performance management payroll coordination and HR administration
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and HR systems strong
• Fluent in English and French mandatory strong
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Strong interpersonal and people-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across different countries
• High level of confidentiality integrity and professionalism
• Willingness to travel to regional offices when required

A hands-on, commercially minded HR professional who can independently manage HR operations across multiple countries, work closely with senior management and country teams, and establish consistent, professional and scalable HR processes across the organization.
