Job summary

Delivery Hero seeks a senior fraud leader to own end-to-end fraud operations from prevention to response and continuous improvement. You will mentor analysts, drive KPIs, and align regional and global fraud strategies with product and payments teams.

You will collaborate with Data, Finance, Legal and Marketing to translate insights into business actions while embedding fraud prevention into new features from design to launch.

Qualifications

• 8 years in fraud operations or analytics in high-volume environments.
• Leadership experience across multiple markets or regions.
• Strong data analysis and fraud detection logic.
• Strategic thinker with scalable fraud frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product/Data/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end fraud operations strategy from prevention to response.
• Lead and mentor a team of Fraud Analysts, guiding development and KPIs.
• Drive alignment with regional and global fraud strategies.
• Define, track and improve KPI for fraud-related risk.
• Review complex cases, identify vulnerabilities, address root causes.
• Partner with Data and Product teams to enhance detection models and automation.
• Serve as senior fraud representative with stakeholders (Product, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Operations).
• Translate fraud insights into business recommendations balancing risk with customer experience.
• Support rollout of new features/payments by embedding fraud prevention from design to launch.
• Establish governance frameworks and ensure compliance standards.
