Job summary

Agilify Maritime group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Group Financial Controller / Senior FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting and consolidated reporting across multi-entity operations. You will deliver monthly management accounts and provide actionable analytics to drive performance.

The role requires strong accounting and modelling skills, experience in international environments, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Strong background in group finance, FP&A, or financial control, ideally from a maritime engineering and /or manufacturing background.
• Proven experience in multi-entity and international environments.
• Excellent analytical, modelling, problem-solving, and accounting skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems with a recognized qualification (i.e., ACCA, SIMA, ACA, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead group budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial monitoring; deliver monthly management accounts and consolidated group reporting.
• Perform multi-entity consolidations and validate reporting schedules for P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and working capital.
• Conduct detailed reviews and reconciliations; oversee revenue, costs, WIP, and project profitability, cost-to-complete, and margin analysis.
