Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business planning, forecasting, or performance management within OEM/OES or automotive aftermarket environments.
• Experience in international markets and after-sales business operations is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, market-specific forecasts aligned with global revenue and gross margin objectives.
• Integrate market intelligence to improve regional planning and execution.
• Analyse weekly forecasts, challenge assumptions, and identify performance gaps.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIS), revenue, and gross margins; provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Deliver trend analysis reports across all markets to identify growth or underperformance patterns.
• Consolidate performance reporting for monthly, quarterly, and strategic business reviews.
• Create detailed market-specific performance visualisations and dashboards for leadership review.
• Conduct in-market research to guide strategic direction and campaign development.
• Design recovery plans for underperforming regions, ensuring alignment with performance objectives and KPIS.
• Control operating and capital expenditure across international market regions in line with budget forecasts.
• Evaluate future investment needs related to business expansion and operational improvements.
• Monitor and evaluate customer service levels by brand and market.
• Identify underperformance trends and drive corrective action plans to maintain service excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with market area partners and local management teams to foster operational alignment and long-term business success.
