Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Dubai leads mobility across the UAE and overseas. We are seeking a senior FP&A leader to translate strategy into integrated financial plans, drive forecasting, and deliver executive reporting for growth and efficiency across automotive operations.

You will coach a four‑person FP&A team, partner with Automotive leadership and Group Finance, and push analytics, automation and AI-enabled decision support to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling experience.
• Executive reporting and cross-functional business partnering.
• Strong data governance and KPI development.
• Experience with IFRS implications for planning.
• ERP/BI platform expertise (SAP BPC, Anaplan, Oracle EPM).

Responsibilities

• Own annual budget, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Partner with units to assess volume, pricing, costs and investments.
• Lead executive reporting to CFO, President and senior leadership.
• Support pricing, campaigns, incentives, and capex prioritisation.
• Standardise KPIs, reporting methodologies and benchmarking.
