Job summary
Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to steer planning, forecasting and performance analytics across UAE operations and overseas markets. You will translate business strategy into integrated financial plans, provide insights, and support leadership decisions on growth, profitability and resource allocation.

Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional qualification.
- 10–15 years of finance experience with FP&A or commercial finance leadership.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, executive reporting and cross-functional partnering.
Responsibilities
- Own the annual budget, forecasts, and long-range plans across Automotive.
- Partner with business units to assess volume, pricing, margins and investments.
- Lead executive reporting packs and reviews for senior leadership.
- Analyse pricing, campaigns, incentives, and channel strategy for commercial decisions.
- Standardise KPIs, reporting methods and benchmarking across units.
- Drive FP&A tech roadmap, improve models and dashboards, automate reporting.
- Ensure accurate, reconciled reporting with strong data quality.
- Collaborate with Corporate Finance on liquidity and working capital planning.
- Develop and coach FP&A teams and support Emiratization goals.
