Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in FMCG sales, international sales, export sales or regional business management.
• Proven experience managing distributor and channel partner networks.
• Experience handling annual business turnover of AED 10 million or more.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and market share across emerging markets.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, channel partners and key customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Drive distributor performance through regular business reviews and forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution.
• Prepare annual business plans, sales forecasts, budgets and periodic performance reports.
