The ideal candidate has ACCA, IFRS proficiency, 5–8+ years in senior finance roles, UAE experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to support high-net-worth projects.

Qualifications

• ACCA qualification is required.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and national tax laws.
• Proven leadership and team-building experience in large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement the group’s financial strategy and framework.
• Lead the finance team in daily tasks including bookkeeping and financial analysis.
• Provide financial input on major business decisions and project feasibility.
• Oversee centralized fund management and cash-flow stability.
• Conduct tax planning to optimize costs and maintain compliance.
• Establish and monitor internal financial controls and risk management.
