Job summary

Raffles Hotels & Resorts and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts seek a seasoned F&B development leader to drive end-to-end concept development for luxury properties. You will define USP and positioning for new and renovated outlets, conduct market analysis, and oversee pre-opening programs across iconic brands.

Ideal candidates bring 10-15+ years in luxury hospitality F&B leadership, with proven hotel-based and standalone development experience, plus strong stakeholder management and global exposure.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in F&B leadership or development within luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience in hotel-based F&B operations and standalone restaurant/bar development.
• Extensive international exposure in luxury or premium hospitality environments.
• Demonstrable experience in concept development and pre-opening projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and alignment skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of innovative and commercially viable F&B concepts for Raffles and Fairmont brands.
• Define unique selling propositions and positioning for new and renovated F&B outlets.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging F&B trends.
• Oversee F&B development projects from concept approval through to pre-opening.
• Collaborate with internal development, design, and operations teams for seamless integration.
• Act as the primary F&B development liaison with hotel owners and key stakeholders.
• Monitor global F&B trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Contribute to post-opening reviews to assess concept performance and refinements.
