Job summary

SLB seeks an experienced EPC Contracts Manager in Dubai to lead administration of project contracts, manage change processes, and mitigate commercial risk across international EPC projects. You will prepare subcontract templates, negotiate terms, and oversee contract close-out with cross-functional teams worldwide.

Ideal candidates bring 10–15 years of EPC experience, familiarity with EPC-focused firms, and Arabic language skills.

Qualifications

10–15 years of EPC project experience on international projects.
Experience with EPC-focused companies delivering complex projects.
Arabic language, minimum.
Legal qualification preferred.
Strong contractual risk management and claims experience.

Responsibilities

Manage administration of all project contracts, track changes, and follow the change order process.
Develop strategies to manage contract risks and opportunities with proper correspondence and record keeping.
Prepare subcontract templates/flow-downs and assist with major subcontract awards, negotiating terms.
Analyze change claims and manage disputes, reporting with customer and other parties.
Perform analysis and valuations of project work.
Ensure contract management processes are in place to control contracts.
Ensure bonds, warranties, insurances, undertakings are aligned with the contract.
Own commercial risks and mitigation for the project.
Maintain contract documents and communications; resolve issues with stakeholders.
Monitor and complete contract close-out; oversee Site Contract Administrators & Subcontract Managers.
Negotiate final settlements on contract terms with customer and others.
