Job summary
Target Engineering Construction Co LLC in the UAE seeks a Senior Contracts Manager to lead all contractual and commercial governance across major EPC projects in power, oil & gas, and infrastructure. You will act as the primary contractual advisor, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and entitlement management throughout the project lifecycle.
The role requires extensive experience in contract negotiations, claims management, EOTs, dispute avoidance, and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of contract management experience in EPC environments.
- Extensive background in Oil & Gas, Power, Infrastructure projects.
- Strong negotiation, claims management, EOT submissions, and dispute management skills.
- Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead contract governance and administration across multiple projects.
- Review tenders and contracts for risks and obligations.
- Manage notices, variances, and entitlement strategies.
- Lead disputes avoidance and resolution with internal and external parties.
- Mentor Contracts Engineers and drive best practices.
