This role manages local and international casting, mentors casting and creative teams, and collaborates with HR to onboard performers while planning for upcoming productions.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent professional experience in theatre/production.
• 5+ years in amusement parks, circuses, or cruise-ship entertainment.
• 5+ years of Music Theater or Large-Scale Productions.
• 5+ years in management or leadership in entertainment development.
• Proven experience in entertainment casting with leading auditions (in-person/online).
• Strong background in scripting, choreography, music, vocals, or musicianship.
• Ability to deliver performance reviews and constructive feedback to talent.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills across multiple departments.
• Professional knowledge of the entertainment industry trends in casting and show production.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of all entertainment casting activities across Miral Experiences Theme Parks.
• Manage in-person and online auditions and oversee the casting platform with QA.
• Collaborate with Creative Director and IP representatives to align content with brand identity and show vision.
• Partner with scenic, costume, lighting, and sound teams to support production quality.
• Mentor creative teams through scripting, choreography, and music direction.
• Coordinate onboarding with Talent Acquisition and HR for seamless performer integration.
• Ensure initiatives meet high artistic standards and are delivered on time.
