Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, HSSE, Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• Professional certification or diploma in Safety Management.
• Lead Auditor certification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of industrial safety management systems and international standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization’s safety strategy, framework, policies and programs.
• Lead safety governance, policies, procedures, processes, systems and controls and ensure audits.
• Oversee day-to-day site safety operations and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Lead safety training, awareness, and capability development across the organization.
