Job summary

IC is seeking a Global Head of Digital, Growth & Platforms to own ic.com and IC's wider digital ecosystem. You will lead the website, apps and portals, as well as performance marketing, customer experience, data and attribution, affiliate and partnerships, content and SEO, and lifecycle marketing.

This senior role reports to the General Manager and will drive growth, revenue and customer experience as one connected engine.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in senior digital, growth or product marketing leadership.
• Own a website or digital platform as a product, with roadmap ownership.
• Hands-on performance marketing at scale across channels.
• Experience shaping a data and attribution stack (CDP, multi‑touch attribution).
• Proven people leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in regulated financial services is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own ic.com and IC's wider digital ecosystem end to end.
• Lead website, apps, portals and performance marketing as one connected engine.
• Own roadmap, release governance and platform accountability.
